Welcome to USPTO Legal Society

Welcome to the United States Patent and Trademark Office Legal Society, a non-profit, voluntary organization comprised of attorneys who are employees of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The USPTO Legal Society aims to share and expand knowledge and information about legal activities in the agency. We are also known as ‘The Legal Society.’

What We Do

We facilitate a mentoring program and host guest lectures. We also organize Continuing Legal Education programs, social activities, and other events for our members. Junior attorneys will have the rare opportunity to receive guidance from our mentoring committee, to help polish your careers. You can also benefit from the engaging discussions and informative lectures on trending themes that we organize.
